I never used to love my body and I definitely didn’t love exercise. I thought I had to lose weight and conform to an ideal beauty standard in order to love my body. I thought that exercise had to be uncomfortable and something that I dreaded. I never thought that I would look forward to moving my body and I would move because it felt good - instead of moving only to lose weight. 

Yoga taught me this. Yoga made me fall in love with moving and my body. Yoga made me happy.

I would walk there most days and find it a purpose to my days. I especially loved the classes that Meegan taught and really resonated with her, her self deprecating technique and deeper understanding of everything she was teaching beyond looking the best.

Meegan's abundance course is amazing! I was really taken on a journey, the Nidra at the start of the course was wonderful too.

Journaling is something I’ve always wanted to do but struggled to get in to. The daily prompts are definitely helping.

I’ve noticed that I’m actively  trying to check my thought process to steer towards the positive, and think about the energy I’m putting out to the world. Being able to visualise what abundance means for me has helped to feed more positive thoughts and almost shift a bit of weight from my shoulders, and it’s also something to focus on while there’s so much change going on at the moment.

In a nutshell, I’m feeling more abundant and looking forward to the rest of the course!

HOW OFTEN WILL NEW VIDEOS BE ADDED?

New videos will be added weekly. Each month there will be a theme and a focus with videos being loosely linked to that.

WHAT IF I'VE NEVER DONE YOGA?

That’s TOTALLY fine! All classes are taught with beginners in mind and will have accessible modifications. 

WILL THERE BE LIVE CLASSES?

Yes I will be doing live classes weekly that members get access to. There will also be monthly guest teachers and wellness experts.

I'M NOT GOOD AT STICKING TO HOME PRACTICE
