However, I have never felt like I fit in. Then along came Meegan's 5 day challenge that I could do at home and rather than trying to follow youtube videos, Meegan explains EVERY step so I felt confident having a go. I love how down to earth Meegan is, she's a great instructor and so comfortable in her own skin that it helps you feel comfortable with all your own hang ups too. Everyone else who joined the challenge was so friendly and it was so refreshing to feel part of a group.

Even after just 5 days I feel a strength seeping into my noodle arms and I will be revisiting the tutorials daily. This 5 days has made me realise that during lockdown I have done very little to take care of myself and the 15 minute tutorials feel manageable as well as making a noticeable difference to my mental health and physical strength.

So thank you Meegan, now I have a good grip of the basics I feel much more able to practice yoga at home and keep reaping the benefits! Xx

THANK YOU MEEGAN. For giving me a bit of “me” back. I joined this 5-day challenge hoping for a little boost to my mental health I’ve never practised yoga before because I’ve never prioritised spending money on my health and fitness...but from Meegan’s Instagram and Facebook posts I just knew I wanted to be part of her world (insert Ariel singing here).

I received a tutorial by email every morning and Meegan also posted a ‘live’ video on the Facebook group. I love her teaching - it’s like she’s in the room with you not on a screen. Her voice is soothing during the mindfulness and meditation sections; but she also made me feel so empowered. I loved being part of a friendly supportive community thanks to the Facebook Group too...everyone’s unique with their own strengths and anxieties, but we were all united by one common goal and supported each other to get there!

Who's this challenge for?

This challenge is for anyone who wants to work on being more positive day to day. Looking to get into meditation? Journaling? Affirmations? General abundance mindset practice but don't know where to start? You might have done some of these things before but you're looking to jump start, join a community and be accountable.

What's the time commitment?

The daily tutorial video tutorials will last approximately 10 minutes and you can do these at your own time and pace. The daily live coaching calls will last 15-20 minutes. These will be available for you to watch on replay if you can't catch live. So you're looking at about 30 minutes a day or 2.5 hours over the week!

What if I don't use Facebook?

No worries at all! The daily coaching calls and Q&A session will be recorded and sent in the emails so you won't miss a thing. 

Will I have lifetime access to the challenge?

Unfortunately these videos will expire 14 days after the start of the challenge. The Facebook videos will stay available. The GOOD NEWS is that all of the content from the challenge and MORE will be available in the Move with Meegan membership when the doors open at the end of the challenge!

About Meegan

Here are some facts about me:

  • I only started yoga in my 30's
  • I never used to like or enjoy yoga
  • I have struggled with anxiety and negative mindset
  • I used to have disordered eating and suffer with comparison
  • I now LOVE my life and have developed habits and tools that allow me to have a more abundant and positive mindset!

I've been there. The comparison, the impostor syndrome, the jealousy, the guilt, the victim mentality, the wanting to change your behaviour but not knowing how or believing its possible.
