Saying you're too inflexible to start yoga is like saying you're too dirty to have a shower. Yoga is designed to help YOUR body no one else's - so start with YOU!
Nope. Definitely not! I've got big boobs, a bigger butt, big thighs and a nice layer of fat. Whether you are pear shaped, apple shaped or strawberry shaped yoga is for you. There is no sizeism in yoga - no matter what social media will lead you to believe.
That's totally cool! Yoga is something different to every person. I love the anatomy and movement side of yoga. Yoga is a bit like an onion - you know it's got layers and that's what makes it so versatile!
Starting yoga is exciting and challenging. As soon as you start your practice you begin to feel the benefits. More awareness of your body, less pain and discomfort, strength in muscles you didn't know you had, improved mobility and a calmer mind. Take the first step to feeling less frustrated and stuck to being confident and in control.

JORDAN JAMES - 7 day strength challenge
I was inspired to do Meegan’s challenge as I struggle with shoulder pain and have to be mindful sometimes not to aggravate my injury. Meegan has a very in-depth knowledge of muscles and joints and explains how to do position and move correctly, I found the secret to chaturanga.
By taking us back to basics and explains how bits of our body work through the movement I worked out my issue. Being encouraged to film ourselves and then taking the time to feedback each video was also incredibly helpful.
CLARE STEPHENS - Previous challenge student and member
This challenge is for anyone who has NEVER done yoga or is relatively new to yoga. Perhaps you used to practice but it's been a while since you did regularly. It would also be a great challenge for anyone wanting to strip it right back and refresh the basics.
The daily tutorial video tutorials will last approximately 10 minutes and you can do these at your own time and pace. The daily live coaching calls will start at 12pm and last 15-20 minutes. These will be available for you to watch on replay if you can't catch live. So you're looking at about 30 minutes a day or 2.5 hours over the week!
No worries at all! The daily coaching calls and Q&A session will be recorded and sent in the emails so you won't miss a thing.
YES! You can go back to the video tutorials over and over again. The coaching calls will be stored in the FB group and will live in the ANNOUNCEMENT section.
